Am I the only one that hates that fucking movie?

i never saw that movie, and my friend still gives me shit to this day. like "How could you never have seen it? It's on tv every year!" im jewish, so i never really had any desire to see it , and therefore just never really watched it. also because every other christmas movie ever made was corny and sappy beyond belief and made me want to blow my brains out from the sheer mindnumbingness of it. but yeah

That movie is cornier and sappier than any other.

I dunno, my family always considered Die Hard I & II to be the perfect Christmas movies though, so maybe that's it.

I've seen it, and I hate it (And am also ein Juden, so go figure). The only good Xmas movie is the one that's in a dumpster and on fire.

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation?

...Not as good as the first two, but at least better than Vegas. I would give it 2 out of 5.

Meh. It's good enough, and has its moments, to be sure, but the group song at the end? ...It kills any momentum or vibe that the movie may have had up until that point.

Besides that, any movie/story where the Grinch/Scrogge character lightens up and stops being an a-hole about Xmas? ...Fail.

He was so awesome until he got out of the flaming coffin. Staples? YES, STAPLES!
